Whispering Pines Golf School Marks its 21st Year

 2010 Golf school begins April 13th

The course consists of four one-hour sessions once a week for four weeks. Classes will be offered on Tuesdays,   Wednesdays, Thursdays mornings and evenings and Saturdays.  Lessons will encompass the fundamentals of the grip, stance, and swing.   We will also focus on rules and etiquette and familiarize the student with procedures on the golf course.  This course is designed to get the beginner onto the golf course after four weeks.  Kirk Armstrong teaches the course.  He is a member of the Northeastern New York PGA section, and has been a member of the Professional Golfers Association for 27 years.  Over the years he has introduced over 3,000 beginners to the game of golf. Whether you are new to golf or just need a refresher, our small group lessons are right for you.  To sign up please click on the link below for an application.  Indicate first and second choice for class session. Registration deadline is April 10, 2010.

Whispering Pines Junior Golf School Program is a five week course consisting of four one hour instructional sessions ending with a tournament and hot dog roast on the fifth week.  Classes run five consecutive Thursdays, rain or shine, starting July 15th.  Instruction time varies by age (see application).  Students will be assigned a tee time for the tournament.  All students will receive a trophy and a T-Shirt.  The cost of the program is $99.00.  Registration deadline is Monday, July 12, 2010.
